Volunteer
Do you want to help improve your water quality or clean up the river around your community? Are you a passionate editor? Do like meeting new people? Or, maybe you’d like to learn how to use a GPS unit? If so, we can help you and in the process you can help the ASRA! We currently need volunteers to:
- River clean up events,
- Support clean up groups after events to help fund ASRA,
- Edit newsletters, grants, and educational materials,
- Help with the Ausable River Education in public Schools
- Help with streambank , river clean-ups, and other outdoor projects
- Write articles for our newsletter,
- Help organize a fund raiser,
- Help in the creation of our Watershed Management Plan, or
- Suggest how your talents can best met the mission of the ASRA.
