Request for Proposals: Culvert Replacement

The Ausable Freshwater Center is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to construct a culvert replacement on John Bliss Road in Wilmington, NY. The existing culvert is severely undersized, structurally degraded, and restricts fish passage upstream into Pettigrew Brook. Construction is slated for summer 2026.
